Congratulations to The Multi-Assistance Center at Morgan’s Wonderland on winning the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Metro QLICI of the Year Award.

The Multi-Assistance Center at Morgan’s Wonderland will be the new construction of a 165,000 SF one-stop service center providing an innovative approach to address the fragmented and uncoordinated health and social service care offered to special needs individuals today. MAC will be located in San Antonio, Texas and will have 109,000 SF of leasable space for medical and social services, with the remaining 56,000 SF as shared common areas. Anchored by CommuniCare Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center, 40% of services will be medical related, providing primary and specialist services tailored to special needs individuals.
